Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 working days.

 

Delivery is made Monday to Friday including Bank Holidays. If we experience adverse weather conditions, we may not be able to lift your order or deliver to your area until it has cleared and is safe to travel. We will contact you if we expect a delay

Customs, duties, and taxes

VAT @ 20% is included in the price. Edible items (including seeds to grow edible items ) are rated at 0% VAT. Domestic fuel duty is 5%.

Returns Policy

Responsibility for goods is the customers once the customer has taken delivery. Plants are a living entity and therefore we do not offer a guarantee with them. Once they have left our nursery we have no control over your care or environmental influences.
